Our stewardship enables us to support the many blessings of this community of faith by helping to maintain our building and serving others with peace and joy. We invite you to support the ongoing ministry of St. Matthew’s financially to allow us to do God's work with the resources you have entrusted to us.
Online Giving
On-line donations to St. Matthew’s are processed through Realm, our Church Management system. Please click the “Make a Donation” button to donate either a one-time donation or to set up regular donations. Donations can be directed to the General Parish or to one of St. Matthew’s designated funds.
Parishioners can access their Realm profile to update their contact information, make changes to their donation and see their total givings to date.

Pre-Authorized Giving
If you are currently contributing through PAR you may continue to do so. If you have questions or would like to increase your PAR donation, please contact the office at 613-234-4024.
Special Gifts
You may wish to express thanksgiving for a particular service or for a specific element of ministry or life at St. Matthew’s. You may also choose to honour others or to mark personal events such as: baptisms, birthdays or anniversaries. You can do so with a gift to St. Matthew’s of cash, cheque or by transfer of publicly-traded securities. Cheques and transfers should be made to: ‘St. Matthew’s Church’. Receipts for income-tax purposes will be provided for all donations.
Planned Giving
Planned giving allows you to help sustain St. Matthew’s and its ministry, programs and activities. Through Planned Giving, you can turn your assets into gifts for St. Matthew’s and at the same time receive a direct financial tax benefit yourself. Possible gifts can be made by cash/cheque or future commitments to St. Matthew’s through the church office and diocese.
These include:
- gifts of publicly-traded securities
- gifts of appreciated property
- charitable bequests through a will
- gifts of life insurance
- gifts of stripped bonds
- charitable gift annuities
- gifts of residual interest
- charitable remainder trusts
