We have expanded the number of in-person services and are offering a live stream of our Sunday morning 10:30 AM service.

In-person weekly services

St. Matthew’s celebrates The Holy Eucharist three times a week:

Sunday, 8 AM

Celebrated in the Chapel. Please use the First Avenue door to enter the church. Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is not required.

This service uses the Book of Common Prayer.

Sunday, 10:30 AM
Please note the service time is 10:30 AM.

Choral Eucharist is celebrated in the Church. Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 and valid ID is required, with exceptions for those with written medical exemptions and children under 12 years of age.

The service is sung by St. Matthew’s choir under the direction of Kirkland Adsett, Director of Music and Organist.

Thursday, 10 AM

Celebrated in the Chapel. Please use the First Avenue door to enter the church. Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is not required.

Live streaming and virtual viewing

The Sunday 10:30 AM service is live streamed on Youtube. Join us for the service in real time, or watch later, when convenient for you!

Children's Service and St. Nicholas Party

Children will be participating in this service and families are welcome and encouraged to attend!

St. Matthew's annual St. Nicholas party will follow the service, modified just a bit to ensure everyone's safety during COVID-19.

Advent and Christmas services

Please note proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 and valid ID is required to attend any of our Advent and Christmas services, with exceptions for those with written medical exemptions and children under 12 years of age.

Masks must be worn by everyone at all times, at all services except when receiving the bread and wine.

Advent Lessons and Carols

This service is intended to be a time of spiritual preparation, as we watch and wait for the fulness of the Kingdom of God in our lives and in the world. Through carefully chosen holy scripture and sacred music, we will journey from the early prophesies of the Hebrew Scriptures through to the announcement of Jesus’ birth.

This wonderful tradition is a perfect way to begin the Advent season, and prepare ourselves for the joy of Christmas. The service is live streamed.

Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols

The Festival is a century-old Anglican tradition, begun as a joyful sharing of beloved church hymns and scripture passages for the whole community.

This service is a wonderful Christmas tradition much adored at St. Matthew's, and we find great joy in celebrating it in person this year! The service is live streamed.

Join us for this well-attended, family-oriented service celebrating the birth of Jesus.

Nativity of our Lord Candlelight Service

Join us for this joyful service, as we celebrate Jesus’ birth late on the eve of Christmas. The service is live streamed.
